Hi! I'm Andrea, Founder and Principal of Fresh Findings.
With over 20 years of experience as an evaluation and learning specialist, I've worked on projects in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, behavioral health, education (K-12, higher) and social services. I've worked both as an external evaluator in consulting environments and internally for organizations in data leadership roles which help me to bring a thoughtful and well-rounded perspective to my work at Fresh Findings.
I have my bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and a master's degree in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University. At the heart of my academic and professional experiences, I have always been interested in how context shapes the development of people, programs and community and ultimately influences impact and outcomes.
I am excited to potentially work with you and your team to learn more about your organizational context and how I can best meet your specific goals and objectives!
Outside of Fresh Findings, I can be found taking road trips up to Central Coast, exploring all the good food LA has to offer and spending quality time with my partner, family and friends.
